How do I get started?
Signing up for ClientDirect is easy and takes just a couple minutes. Simply sign up via our secure online form and enter your contact information. Once you submit this form, you will receive a link to your newsletter and newsletter control panel instantly.
Once your newsletter is setup, you may either e-mail it yourself or it will automatically be e-mailed to your clients the first Monday of every month.

How do I manage my ClientDirect account?
Upon subscribing, you will receive a "newsletter control panel." Everything you will need to manage and edit your newsletter will be on this one page.

Do I need a website in order to have this product?
No. In fact, with ClientDirect you may not even need a Website. ClientDirect offers more features that most Website products, and looks great too. Simply direct clients and prospects to your newsletter address.

Do I have to manage my mailing list and broadcast my newsletter through my newsletter account?
No. While the list management and broadcast features can help you organize your effort and save time, you need not use them if you would like to send your newsletter yourself. It's your choice.

If I store my subscriber list in my newsletter, will anyone besides me be able to use my data?
No. Only you may use your subscriber list. Inman News protects the privacy of its customers and your list will not be use by us or any other entity, period.

If I choose to use ClientDirect's automatic broadcast function, when will it be sent?
Your newsletter will be broadcast on the first Monday of every month. However, keep in mind that you may change the content of your newsletter at any time or send your newsletter yourself at any time.
